Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver orders across India through our available courier and postal service partners, including ST Courier and India Post.

Delivery time can differ based on the destination, courier availability and local delivery conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days
• South India (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Telangana): 2–4 working days
• North & North-East India: 3–5 working days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on the customer's exact location and courier service.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days. If there is any expected delay before dispatch, we will inform the customer whenever possible.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or tracking link will be provided so that you can follow the shipment.

Important Delivery Information

• Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier or postal delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Tracking details will be shared through email after the shipment is dispatched.
• We currently do not provide shipping tracking updates through SMS.
• After an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the respective courier partner.
• If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, or if your shipment is delayed, please contact the respective courier service directly for quicker assistance.

RTO / Undelivered Orders

An order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin) because of reasons such as:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer not being available during delivery attempts
• Failure to accept the shipment
• Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

If a shipment is returned to us for any of these reasons, forward and reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@krishnavenilacehouse.com. We will assist you and, where necessary, raise the matter with the courier partner.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. Cancellation eligibility depends on the current processing or shipping status of the order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us and request cancellation.

Once the cancellation request is received, we will review the order status and process the cancellation if it is still eligible.

Cancellation After Packing or Dispatch

Once an order has entered the packing or dispatch process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is requested after the shipment has been handed over to the courier, the applicable forward and reverse courier charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
